Safety Cabinet Mars GS 900 is a laminar air flow cabinet to protect samples and operator from exposure to particles from samples. The cabinet is supposed to be used with dry samples only.

The main purpose of the Safety Cabinet Mars GS 900 is for:

(a) cleavage of III-V semiconductor samples,

(b) manipulation of samples with nanowires,

(c) mounting of samples for SEM inspection.
