Electrical characterization setup for electrical measurements at RT and 4.2 K. The setup has AC/DC voltage sources, current amplifier/lock-in amplifier and is computer controlled. Samples can be placed in a protected atmosphere (Nitrogen or ca 1 mbar vacuum). The setup can be booked half a day at a time. Location: Berzelius, floor 1

Please note that the setup is not supported by LNL (or fully integrated with LNL), which means that users need to belong to a resource group with formal access to the setup in order to use it.
