Solvent wet bench with built-in HEPA filter in room Q241 (new EBL-lab). Equipment available in the bench: spin-coater, hot plate for resist baking, hot plate for warming of solvents, ultra-sonic bath. Solvents are collected in a dedicated tank. Main application of the bench: deposition of e-beam resists, development, lift-off, sample cleaning.
